Thanks to the SSL security protocol, the credit card information you provide to our site is encrypted and sent to the bank and it is not even possible for us to access this information during this process.


Our website does not store credit card information of any customer in its system. For this reason, for your own credit card security, you must re-enter your card information at each order creation stage.




Warranty conditions


All products sold from our site are under the guarantee of manufacturer / importer companies. You can return the purchased product within seven (7) days from the date of delivery without damaging it, using it and damaging the resalability of the product. However, when delivering the product, the product invoice, return form, product box, packaging, accessories, if any, complete and undamaged delivery is required. Product returns are not accepted if any of these rules are missing. If the product is returned in accordance with the conditions of return, the amount of the product is returned. It takes 1-3 weeks for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on the bank you work for. Payments made by wire transfer are reflected to the account within one week at the latest.


Before submitting the product, please select your "Return Form" from the "Topics" section under "Contact" on our website and send us your reasoning. Subsequently, the product return form will be sent to your e-mail address. You must fill out this form and send it to us. This form will be reviewed and approved by the Technical Service Department. Please return the product after receiving this approval.


Return the products to the Technical Service Department immediately after receiving the approval. There is no shipping charge for returned products shipped with Negotiated Shipping. Counter-payment shipments with other cargo companies are not accepted.

Return Policy


Attention: Please inform your order number in any communication about your order. The products sold are not refundable except for the conditions below.


1. If the sold product (*) is defective,


2. If the shipment is damaged during transportation from the cargo company (**) and the damage is detected and the product is not received by the buyer, the damage is compensated by us.


(*) For acceptance of your request in case of problems with the products (problems that cannot be noticed during delivery);


a) If the invoice is issued in your name and you are not a taxpayer, you will receive our invoice and waybill; if you are a taxpayer or have your order invoice cut to your company, your invoice and waybill for the product (s) you are returning must be shipped with the products.


b) Returns must be commenced within two days of delivery.


c) Returned products must be returned with the company used for delivery.


d) After the reason for return is evaluated, the problematic products will be replaced with new ones if they meet the conditions listed above. In such a case, we will bear all the costs of return and resend. If the return of the product is not found to be in accordance with the above conditions, all costs of the return request are borne by the customer himself.


(**) In case of problems arising from the supplier company; damaged packages should not be delivered to the supplier company. If the supplier representative thinks that the package is not damaged, you have the right to open the package and check that the products have been delivered undamaged and ask for a record of the situation. However, once the package is received by you, it is deemed that the delivery company has done its duty properly. If the package has not been accepted and the minutes have been kept, the situation should be notified to us as soon as possible with the remaining copy of the minutes. We will ensure a new and healthy delivery as soon as possible.

The products you have ordered will be supplied and shipped within 3 working days from the date of approval.




Consumer rights


To shop, you must be a member of our site. Membership of our site is not paid. No sales are made to people who are not members of the site.


Our company accepts and undertakes in advance that it will act in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumer No. 4077, which is amended by Law No. 4822.




Order cancellation


You can contact your customer representative for the cancellation of your order. As a result of the cancellation, the refund is made within 3 (three) business days following the cancellation request.
